WestStar Physical Therapy Network (“WestStar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by WS Physical Therapy, Inc., respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information in connection with our website, wsptn.com, and our patient text messaging program.

This policy covers our website and text messaging communications. It does not replace the Notice of Privacy Practices you receive as a patient, which governs how your health information is protected under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

Information We Collect

We may collect information that you provide directly to us, such as your name, phone number, email address, and other contact details when you fill out a form on our website, contact us to schedule care, apply for a position, or inquire about joining our provider network. Your contact information may also be provided to us by a referring party — such as your physician, attorney, or insurance representative — for the purpose of scheduling your care.

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited, through cookies and similar technologies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

How We Use Information

• To contact you about scheduling, appointments, and your care;

• To respond to your questions and requests;

• To operate, maintain, and improve our website and services;

• To comply with legal obligations.

Text Messaging (SMS) Communications

With your consent, WestStar sends text messages related to your care, such as notification that we have received your referral, scheduling communications, and appointment confirmations and reminders. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get assistance by replying HELP, calling 888-786-2888, or emailing scheduling@wsptn.com. Full program terms are available on our SMS Terms page.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who assist us in operating our website, communications, and business, and who are obligated to protect it; with your consent; or as required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights and safety of our patients, staff, or others.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website. Health information for pediatric patients is handled under HIPAA and our Notice of Privacy Practices.

Your Choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have provided through our website by contacting us using the information below. To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws
